The Inspiration.
Lion is a movie based on the true story of a child in India who gets lost in a train and suddenly finds himself thousands of kilometers away from home. 25 years later and adopted by an Austrailian family, he embarks on a journey through his memory and across continents to reconnect with his lost family.
“I’ve always wondered if there was a way to find my birthplace and family.”
After watching the movie, I was drawn to the idea that there wasn't a place for orphans to explore this idea of finding their roots. So I designed a platform that opened this door for orphans. You would share your story, a discovery team would reach out to you to understand scope, and finally figure out a blueprint and map back to your birthplace. Its a start, yet one which promises a chance to find answers.
